As Founder and CEO of WhitestoneTEC™, Tom drives the strategic vision for the company and manages all company operations focusing on new market development, revenue growth and profitability. Tom has over 30 years of leadership experience providing technology solutions with a wide range of organizations from start ups to Fortune 100 companies. Under his leadership, the company has grown to be the leading provider of eCommerce solutions for the product distribution marketplace.
Prior to founding WhitestoneTEC™, Tom served as CEO of SVI Solutions, an AMEX listed global provider of multi-channel retail software solutions and services. He has also served as President of ecVision, a multi-national provider of supply-chain management applications and VP of eBusiness at Lockheed Martin where he pioneered, developed and implemented the company’s eBusiness initiative.
Tom serves on several advisory boards in San Diego and Orange County and is a frequent guest lecturer in the Business School at San Diego State University. He is the Chairman Emeritus of the Chairmen’s RoundTable a non-profit volunteer organization comprised of successful CEO’s who have provided over 250 San Diego businesses guidance on managing and growing their businesses through a well-defined mentoring program.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Maryland.

Tarik has been providing the strategic direction for our technology initiatives since 2002. Tarik has combined his strong business acumen with his extensive Engineering background to become a key innovator, technology leader and visionary for next generation eCommerce solutions.
Prior to joining WhitestoneTEC™, he led the engineering team for MakeTheMove.com where he developed the front-end e-commerce shopping tools used by the consumers. During his tenure with Lockheed Martin, he led development, testing and implementation of highly secure SDKs used in the defense industry.
Tarik holds double Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Regis University.
